ThermalStar EPS Fanfold is rigid expanded polystyrene insulation for walls and roofs. Its dual-sided laminated facer resists moisture and maintains stability, delivering consistent thermal performance with minimal degradation over time.
ThermalStar EPS Fanfold comes in 1/2" thick bundles (4' x 50', covering 200 sq. ft.) with accordion folding for quick installation. This 1.25 pcf rigid insulation provides stable R-value, excellent water resistance, and compressive strength for walls and roofs.
ThermalStar EPS Fanfold is a rigid insulation with integrated film facing that blocks air and moisture while reducing thermal bridging. It meets ASTM C578 standards, works with any exterior cladding, and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Environmentally responsible with zero ODP and low GWP.
